Slave life- Diet

Food is a form of enjoyment and leisure for many people. Singapore is a place where we have all varieties and flavors of food. Hence, in my vanilla life, I did enjoy all these assortment of flavours. 

However, now that I become a slave, food is no longer an enjoyment. I did not even have rights to enjoy anything to start off with as a lowly slave. 

As master says: 'Food for slave is merely substances that is used to keep the slave functional for the master's service.'

So master lays out the guideline of the slave's diet: 

- Simple to prepare 

- Can be stored long after preparation, so only need to prepare once a week and feed the slave for the whole week

- Flavour: Blend or taste extremely terrible to any person

- Simple to digest 

- Simple and quick to consume (example no bones or such), so that it will not waste the precious time for slave to perform more important service 

Food Menu

Frequency: Slave, unlike vanilla live, do not enjoy 3 meals a day. They are only allowed 1 meal a day, in the morning. 

It the start, it was extremely hard to adapt to the new body clock, but after some conditioning, I have learnt to get used to this once a day meal. 

Typical Diet

So the master determined the permanent diet for me will be: 

Plain cooked rice soaked in milk

To prepare, every week, I am to cook a pot of rice in the rice cooker. After cooking, I have to distribute them into each containers for storage. The rice will be stored in fridge. Every meals, I will have to retrieve one prescribed serving of the rice from the container into the feeding bowl. 

There i am to pour about 500ml of fresh milk into the feeding bowl as well. 

This diet provide the basic carbo and protein to ensure the slave can function for the master. 

Special Diet

Sometimes, on top of the normal meal, master will throw his leftovers into the feeding bowl, where the slave will be allowed additional food once it finishes the chores at hand. 

Also, fruits that are near to rot will be thrown to the feed bowl for the slave (Clarify that the fruit has not rot yet) 

All these 'special diet' are considered luxury for the slave. 

Method of eating

Of cause, the slave's has to kneel and eat, no question about it. 

The slave will only consume food directly from the feeding bowl, and not allowed to use its hand. 

Starting, when I was forced to eat this way, it was a struggle and messy affair- which earned me alot of punishment. But after all the practice and reflection from punishment, I finally learned to eat directly from the bowl- possible, yet need alot of training. 

Drinking water

Drinking water is essential for the function of the slave. Being a slave, the slave is not allowed to drink whenever the slave once- it has to follow a strict schedule prescribed by the master. 

Slave's uniform usually cause the slave to sweat alot, alot the task would cause the slave to lose alot of water throughout the day. 

Hence, under normal circumstances, slave are scheduled to consume water once ever 2 hours, with each consumption about 1 litres of water. 

Slave can only drink from the prescribed bottle.

 If slaves fails to follow the above rules, for example, miss the schedule or did not finish 1 litres of water. Punishment awaits. 

Execution: 

When slave are left alone at home, the feeding bottles will be pre-prepared and placed for the slave to consume at the scheduled time. 

Slaves, being slave, does not have assess to time, meaning they do not own a watch or assess to any clock, they are to learn to rely on their biology instinct to estimate the prescribed schedule. This comes withe alot of training on the slave!. 

At the prescribed schedule, the slave has to kneel before the bottle and drink the prescribed amount accurately. 

When master is at home, slave has to seek the master's permission at the prescribed timings for water consumption. Likewise, if the slave miss the timing, it would be punished later. 

When I first started, estimating the time was extremely tough. But after lots of conditioning by master, I have been modified into almost accurate estimation of my water consumption timing. 

Special Drinks

On top of the regular scheduled drinking, slave is also fed additional liquid

As slaves are to urinate on bottles (another topic), if the colour of the urine is not yellowish, slave is to re-consume the urine. This is slave's world where they are not allowed to waste earth's water resource. Only yellowish urine are allowed to be flushed away. 

Also, when master is home, slave are to consume all the master's urine so as not to waste the water. Master need no be sure if urine if yellow or not. Slave's body will naturally process it.
