It has been a long day, of chores, serving and some punishments finally I am at my official last task . My last task is to wait on master, kneeling by his bedside until he finally sleeping soundly before I can retreat to the quarter.
A slave can only sleep after the master's sleep and must rise up earlier than the master to wait on him.
Finally, when the master is sound asleep, I did the routine bow (careful with every actions because I am always watched by the CCTV) before retreating to the quarter right beside the master's bedroom.
Master has partitioned a small room barely the size of 3m by 1m right beside his room as a slave quarter. The furnishing only comprise of a bed, few hangers for the uniforms, and a small side table. It does not have any window (afterall slaves don't deserves such), and is ventilated by a 2 small ventilation fans on the wall. The lighting is only a few light bulbs which is create alot of heat when it is switched on. My bed is actually a thin mattress lining in it, with a hard elevated pillow. Master designed the bed this way as a reminder to of my lowly status.
Once in the quarter, though my official duties are finished, I am still required to perform my basic slave admin duties before turning in. I have a strict routine to follow, failure which will add to my huge pool of punishment debt which I have already owed master.
Sidetrack: Soiling of uniform is an extremely grave crime. Despite, slave is not allowed to clean the uniform until the end of the work day, which is after the master sleeps.
Changing uniforms
Once in the quarters, I am is allowed to change to the regular uniform.
I swiftly, yet with demurely unbotton and remove the blazer, next the inner vest, and finally the bow tie and the blouse... And most notably, out of the heels.
Finally feel some breathing air the moment I undressed out of the formal uniform- it was so tight and restrictive, and always sweating under the many layers. And finally freed ever painful super high heels.

Yes, as a slave, I am trained to respect the uniform as it's master's property and not allowed to leave the uniform on the floor. I have to neatly hang them up in on the hangers.
I am also required to change out of the bra matching the formal uniform. It is the padded type which helps enhance the looks for the master. Same thing, thereafter, hang on the same hanger with the blouse.
Sidenote: Even for the undressing process, I have to follow strict procedures, which will be periodically checked by master via the camera. Any wrong or improper sequence of undressing and dressing up will be punished.
I am never spared from not putting on a bra though. To match the regular uniform attire, I have to put on a tight white cotton bra which is hang together with the regular uniform- which i am about to change into.
There, I quickly dressed into the regular uniform, which is also strictly prescribed by the master.
Then, I have to do my admin chores, which is compulsory before going to sleep.
I really hope that I can finish up fast because that will mean the amount of sleep I would have. As live-in slave, the amount of sleep daily left with barely 3-4 hours. On good days, where the master turn in early, I could get maybe 5-6 hours of sleep.
Sleep as slave is very little, and I am forced and conditioned to make do with little sleep, however tough it may be...
Admin chores before bed
Preparing the formal uniform for the next day
First, I have to do a simple cleaning of of the 'formal uniform' so that it can be presentable again in the morning. I have to remove any odour and any stains as well as re-starch and iron it.
As a routine, only the blouse and the skirt need to be cleaned. Proper washing is not possible because it would not dry on time.
So, I am trained to first apply thick starch over the blouse and the skirt, thereafter apply iron on it to make sure it has all the crisp line on the blouse. For the stains, usually sweat stains, I apply a thin layer of white chalk powder onto the blouse. Thereafter, sprayed master's prescribed perfume on the uniform. Before hanging them back to the hangers.
Sidetrack: Having white chalk powder on the blouse feels extremely uncomfortable when worn.
If in the event that the blouse is too soiled, I have to quickly wash it with a small pail of water. Then squeezed it extremely dry afterwards. I next have to use a hairdryer to blow until the blouse dries. Then I can apply thick starch over the blouse and the skirt, thereafter apply iron before spraying it with the master's prescribed perfume. The drying process usually will take up to half hour, meaning sleep will be much lesser!
Bottom line is: the formal uniform MUST be ready, presentable and cleaned before the next day- for the pleasure of the master.
Grooming
As the master prescribed, I am not allowed to shower unless with his permission, which can be as rare as one a month or less. However, master prescribed the following daily grooming routine before i can go sleep.
I have remove the make up for the day and redo a lighter makeup for the night. Master expects me to be presentable at all times, even when sleeping. It may sound ridiculous because in a few hours i have to redo the make up for work again. But I have learnt to obey and follow as the master's directive.
Next, I have to apply moisturizer on all both the entire body, and thickly on the hands, legs and face. It is mildly scented to master's preference. This is to ensure the skin is kept soft and smooth for the master's pleasure.
Also, I have untie and retie my hair to that of double pleated ponytail style. Master insist that regardless on the condition of the hair, this procedure is necessary so that the hairdo will always be in perfect condition. There is no excuse with the master on this. Tying the pleated style also take a significant time, which by now i have learnt to do it fast so that i can have more sleep.
Lastly, I have to ensure the nails and any other part of the body to be in good condition before i can finally go to sleep.
Sleeping position
The slave is only allowed to adopt the following sleeping position, slave is only allowed a basic mattress and pillow. The slave is to maintain this position throughout the sleep.
If caught to be in any other position, the I will be punished severely by the master. Punishing are usually 'kneeling by the bedside for the whole of subsequent night' or 'made to stand thorughout the night (with neck chained up to the ceiling)
Over the months, under the eagle's eyes of master looking out for such mistakes from his review of CCTV or actual catching of mistake, and his strict and unwavering punishement. I have been successfully behaviour modified to sleep still in the position throughout.
Maybe, once a while may have violated the position, but the instances is getting much lesser, thanks to the training by master.
(All the above must be done before the master is awake, if the slave is not ready or not properly uniformed, the punishment is typically being 'made to stand for the whole night for the next night, or a few nights if this is a recurring mistakes; this punishments is essential to ensure the slave is conditioned to live like a slave)
